Aspen Wares is a trading name of Accelerate Outcome Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. This notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, and items purchased, used to fulfil orders.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we never store full card details.
- Account data: if you create an account, your email and any preferences you set.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.
Why we use it
- To fulfil and deliver orders you place with us.
- To respond to support requests and operate the website.
- To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
- To improve our products and services.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers needed to operate the business:
- Payment processors (to take payments).
- Fulfilment partners (to ship orders).
- Hosting and analytics providers (to operate the site).
- Authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by UK tax law (currently six years). Other data is kept only for as long as we have a clear reason to hold it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data, where we have no lawful reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to our processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
